Workshop: “Healing the Inner Child - A Journey to the Heart of the Self
Silences and things left unsaid leave a deep imprint on a child, for they always have an intuition about their history. When this history is revealed to them, it becomes a foundation on which they can build.
Healing the inner child is a real journey that enables us, by meeting him, to reconnect with our own essence, with all that this implies: our wounds, our strengths and our resources.
During this unique weekend, we invite you to meet, love and heal your inner child - that little being who experienced his or her first emotional wounds.

✅ Day 1:
Through playful and creative games, meditations and writing exercises, we'll set out to meet this inner child, offering her the space and recognition she deserves.
✅ Day 2:
Using family constellation and psychodrama, we'll work on emotional knots to release repetitive patterns and regain inner serenity.
